Patientsikkerhed, forbedringsarbejde i social- og sundhedsvæsenet på medarbejder-, team- og lederniveau

Rikke har mere end 10 års erfaring med patientsikkerhed og har arbejdet med datadrevet forbedringsarbejde på medarbejder-, team- og lederniveau i rollerne som projektleder, facilitator, underviser og coach på social- og sundhedsområdet. Hun er ekspert i at designe og facilitere lærende netværk om datadrevet forbedringsarbejde i multidisciplinære teams i regioner og kommuner.

Rikke har en sundhedsfaglig og humanistisk baggrund med en kandidatgrad i voksenpædagogik og psykologi. Hun er masterstuderende i ledelses- og organisationspsykologi og har en række efteruddannelser ved Institute for Healthcare Improvement. Hun er en erfaren oplægsholder på konferencer, fx BMJ & IHI International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare, og er hovedforfatter til en artikel om forbedringsarbejde i det fagligt anerkendte tidsskrift BMJ Quality and Safety.

Rikke has more than 10 years of experience with patient safety and has worked with quality improvement at employee, team, and manager level in the roles of project manager, facilitator, teacher and coach in the social and healthcare system. She is an expert in designing and facilitating quality improvement collaboratives with multidisciplinary teams and managers in regions and municipalities.

Rikke has a healthcare professional background with a master’s degree in learning and psychology and is a master student in management and organizational psychology as well as several continuing education programs at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. She is an experienced speaker at conferences such as the BMJ & IHI International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare and is the lead author of an article on quality improvement from the national program Safe Births in the international journal BMJ Quality and Safety.
