Michael er økonom og har lang tids erfaring med økonomistyring fra arbejde i kommune samt nationale og internationale organisationer. Dette omfatter såvel budgetlægning, økonomiopfølgning som regnskabsaflæggelse.
Foruden de økonomisk faglige opgaver, har Michael arbejdet med opgaver, der omfatter sektorfaglige-, juridiske-, administrative- og ledelsesopgaver.
Han har erfaring inden for f.eks. projektstyring, institutionsstyring, kontraktstyring, strategiudvikling, organisationsudvikling, coaching, teamstyring og -ledelse samt en stor forståelse for arbejdet i en politisk ledet organisation.
Michael har et bredt kendskab til mange sektorområder og stor bredde i kompetencer samt evnen til at gå i dybden på detaljen og samtidigt bevare blikket for de overordnede mål. Sammen med gode samarbejdsevner sætter det Michael i stand til skabe strategiske, effektive og holdbare løsninger, der er forankret i omgivelserne.
Michael is an economist and has long experience with financial management from work in municipalities as well as national and international organizations. This includes both budgeting, financial follow-up and financial reporting.
In addition to the financial professional tasks, Michael has worked with tasks that include sector professional, legal, administrative and management tasks.
He has experience in e.g. project management, institutional management, contract management, strategy development, organizational development, coaching, team management and leadership, as well as a great understanding of the work in a politically led organization.
Michael has a broad knowledge of many sector areas and a wide range of qualifications, as well as the ability to go into detail and at the same time keep an eye on the overall goals.
