Those interested in concepts such as ‘Resilient healthcare’ (RHC) and ‘Safety II’ may be interested to read a new paper which uses Functional Resonance Analysis Method (FRAM) to explore and align work-as-imagined (WAI) and work-as-done (WAD) around the use of physical restraint on a neurological hospital ward in the Netherlands:.
The authors used FRAM to map how imagined and actual performance differ, as detecting unwanted performance variability within or between the two can highlight potential points for improvement.
Næste kursus i FRAM starter april 2023
